    You couldn't beat the service and the girls were neat and tidy. They were really helpful and answered all my questions.

    This place is terrible, I came back to return a faulty fish filter. The ditzy girl said ughhh okayyyyyy, then got the other ditzy boy who works there so they tested it out (I waited for 20 minutes ) I could hear it (impeller was rubbing ) he said that a usual sound.... and refuses to give me a refund, and sent me on my way.... Do no go to this place. Worst pet shop in Perth.

    I cannot believe that these guys still sell puppies and kittens. Shame on you Pet City Balcatta - most pet shops DON'T do this anymore and for good reason!! Causes pets to be dumped. Even your employees don't agree with it. Especially when they hear them crying all day. Please don't support this store.

    Their fish are always sick with ich, and even if they look healthy they will die after a few days (my tank is well cycled). The workers are really nice though. And they are really helpful on advice.

    Free dog wash for members has warm water for your puppies. So lovely in this chilly weather.
