  Usually like these guys. But TRYING to find out if they have certain laptop memory in stock. On hold for 25 mins so far and counting. I know places get busy but almost half an hour on hold without speaking to a single person is ridiculous. I'm off to PLE.

  Don't try to call them. 3pm on a Wednesday, "an operator will be with you soon." 45 minutes later when I hang up I have learnt that soon is a very vague term.

  - Refused to sell me 8 sticks of RAM claiming 2 per customer (asked to speak to a manager and finally they let me buy them after lots of sighing from the salesman)

  Great prices and these guys know their stuff. Patiently answered all my questions. The store itself looks more like a warehouse, but well - you can't have everything.
