  Went in on a weekend to get something on special. There was no stock, but staff were helpful enough to check when stock was due in again and would call me when available. Initial impressions were good.

  Abismal service. No staff to service. When i dud find someone i was seng to trade desk. He then sent me back to the front. Winning.

  Got a phone call the following day to say stock had just come in. Went out of my way to get to the store that afternoon. First staff member helped me within a few minutes but could not find the stock and told me to speak to the staff member who called me that morning. Waited half an hour. No other staff offered to assist. Got fed up waiting and went elsewhere (including the round trip, I wasted about 2 hours of my time).
