  In response to your reply you obviously haven't spoke to the guy who I spoke to about this over the phone.As I said above & what I told him it wasn't worth my while to come back as we were traveling through & it was a long way to go back. Of course it is in our best interest for safety to get it fixed that's common sense. I'm not getting in a slanging match with you but you say you have qualified workers there but in this case weren' t so competent. You seem to be more worried about negative feed back. I suggest you should road test the caravan in cases where the brakes/bearings have been worked on as this will ascertain if the problem has even fixed.

  I took it back a second day and was told a different story and charged for lobour a second time. The problem was still not fixed. My van was also returned with a broken fridge vent which they refused to accept responsibility for.

  I took my van there with a 12 volt line shorting out. After the first day I was told the problem was fixed but it wasn't.

  I took my van elsewhere and they found my problem within half an hour and fixed it properly. I also had to get my fridge vent replaced that was broken while my van was at Absolute Caravan Care.

  Excellent friendly staff that know what their talking about. Great service and top job on fixing my caravan, couldn't ask for anything else. If you ever have a question about your caravan or need a part this is the place to go.They stock every part you can think of.

  Put caravan in for brake/bearing major service as one wheel was locking up badly when applying the brakes. Paid $400 odd & told all good,drove 200 odd km & felt hub Still running very hot and locking up. Rang them up and told them it would cost me more in fuel to go back as we were traveling thru. They apologise but words don't fix the problem. Why can't they guarantee their work first up. We are now out of pocket again through no fault of our own.

  At this point I gave up on them $250.00 out if pocket and a broken fridge vent and still had the problem I took it for in the first place.
