  Brought in a wheel for a minor issue with holding pressure, staff was able to change out the tube quickly while waited. This was also on a Sunday afternoon when most other bicycle shops were already closed, very convenient.

  Went in to buy a scooter for my son. Was looked after by a young man John. He was very helpful. Got what I went in for, and also needed my sons, balance bikes tyres pumped up, John was happy to also do that for me. He noticed two punctures in tyres, gave me a price to repair. Quickly we my son and I were on our way, with a new scooter and a bike with two repaired tyres. Thanks so much John!!!

  Terrible customer service. Took bike in to have gears serviced. Told them to adjust my rear derailure only, as the front one I thought was ok. When I collected the bike I asked if my gears were working spot on. Answer was yes. That was a lie! Brought bike home and upon first ride noticed my front derailure was skipping centre cog. When complaing to them about this problem, their reply was - you only asked for the rear derailure to be done. As a customer who is no bike mechanic, I would expect them to check the gears properly and inform me of any further work necessary to have the gears working perfectly. They are too lazy to even call you. Am very dissapointed with the poor quality of service received and pathetic explanation given.
