    The staff are friendly and professional. The mechanics Callan and Marek are the best bicycle mechanics I've ever dealt with and they will always get the job 100% properly done. Willi at the service desk always puts a smile on my face! Great bycicle shop that stocks good quality products.

    I purchased my bike from here about 5 years ago. I have always tried to stay loyal to them but they are always too busy to fix simple punctures. And their turn around times are usually 2-3 days. Not ideal. Going elsewhere from now on.

    Fantastic service, got me out of a real bind with some spares to attach my bike saddle and recommended a place that would have the nut and bolt.

    Best customer service i have ever received. I've been going there for years and decided it was about time to give some thing back. The owner always remembers my name even if i only come in once a year. Great advice and very helpful when something is'nt quite working out. Cant recommend highly enough.
